1. Service Overview

Turd Terminator provides dog waste removal services in Wasilla, Palmer, and Houston, Alaska. Services are offered on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis and include the safe and sanitary removal of pet waste from residential yards.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure yard access is available on the day of service (e.g., unlocked gates, no loose aggressive dogs).

• Excessive tall grass, snow buildup, or debris may affect our ability to provide full service.

• Please notify us if your pet has health issues that could affect the safety of our technicians.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule or cancel service up to 24 hours in advance.

• Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full service fee.

4. Weather Policy

We operate in most Alaskan weather conditions. In rare cases of severe weather, service may be delayed or rescheduled for safety.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

• Payment is due upon booking or as part of a subscription plan through PocketSuite.

• Subscription services will renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

• Prices may vary based on the number of dogs or yard size. Additional charges may apply for excessive waste.

6. Refunds

Refunds are only provided for prepaid services canceled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for completed services.

7. Service Refusal

Turd Terminator reserves the right to refuse or cancel services for unsafe yard conditions, mistreatment of staff, or non-payment.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation systems, pet toys, or personal items in the yard. Our team works carefully and respectfully on every property.
